THIS IS NAOMI. EVERYONE SAY “HELLO, NAOMI.” She’s the one on the right. This girl right here is my best friend and the only reason I’ve survived in this crazy SL world for so long. I won’t say that we’ve “been through it all,” because it seems like every time I say that, some new brand of crazy comes along and surprises us, so I WILL say that we’ve been through A LOT and seen some insane times. One thing, however, that has always remained is our friendship. She’s one of the very few people I’ve never ever grown tired of, so I mean, that’s a pretty big deal. We’ve got each others’ backs whether we’re in this crazy pixel world or the sometimes just as crazy real world and I will forever be grateful that SL allowed me to make such an amazing friend who is just as ridiculous as I am.
She’s been my partner in crime for three years and since neither of us are very good at keeping an active blog individually, it only made sense that we join forces. She will be calling this blog home, which you should all be psyched about because YAY MORE POSTS, MORE FASHION, MORE AWESOME.
Today, we raided the eff out of Collabor88. Enjoy!
Welp, I feel like a sell out. You see, I have been mesh breast-less up until now, with firm conviction. The mesh breast phase just wasn’t for me. Besides the fact that I was perfectly happy with my small chest, I was also a bit resentful. A lot of my favorite designers were focusing their efforts on putting out applier-friendly clothing which to me seemed to be taking several steps back from the new beautiful mesh offerings. Not that it was any reflection of the QUALITY of work, but it required reverting back to system layer clothing which I had been more than happy to leave in the past.
After months of resistance, however, I am in possession of a set of Lolas. Now, it must be said that these were FORCED upon me by a friend who asked for my assistance with a photoshoot (I kid, I kid… sorta ♥), but I suppose it’s good that I’m finally getting with the times. I will say that I did consider buying them a few times, for various reasons. I’ve seen a few artistic photos on Flickr where they were realistically sized and thought “oh, I do like that look!” and sometimes I’ve felt guilty that I wasn’t able to blog review copies of applier-friendly clothing, but I was not yet ready to embrace the mesh breast craze. I’m not sure I’m ready even now and I’m sure they won’t become a staple of my every day look, but they’ll be fun to wear every now and then, especially for blogging.
So, here’s to many mesh breastventures!

There are a few things in SL that I tend to get attached to. I’ve had my AO for about 2 years and every time I’ve tried to change it, it’s felt weird and foreign. Even though it’s an AO that hundreds of other people have, I’m used to the cycle of animations and the mannerisms have become mine. Eyes are something else that have been a constant in my look. For as long as I’ve been blogging, I’ve worn the Mayfly Deep Sky Eyes in Twilight Sea. Maybe a handful of times, I’ve blogged other eyes, either for an event or for a certain look I was trying to create, but those have been my constant for a long time. And that is kinda strange because I change my hair and my skin pretty regularly, but for whatever reason, that has always been “my” eye color. Until now! Did you know there are SO MANY AWESOME EYES out there? Because there are. And I have seen the light (oh haha eye pun!). Two of my new favorites are Dead Apples and Ikon. With this look, I’m wearing Ikon and they are LOVELY. I found them while wandering around the Numerology event, so if you want to pick these up, you’ll have to head over there!
